Custom backyard packages

Backyard Style Weddings are the reason why Keep it Calm Events LLC began back in 2014. We’ve loved the idea of having a beautiful wedding in the comfort of your own backyard, a loved ones backyard, or even a site from scratch that is available to you! 

Backyard Style Weddings can be just as detailed and gorgeous as a venue that you choose, and we have a custom package to assist with all of the fun that is your own event!

  • Initial consultation on site, to get a feel for the space that you’re working with, what your vision is, and get to know you as a couple! During this meeting, we will measure, take videos and photos, and get all of the logistical information.

  • After meeting on site, we develop a floor plan of everything we discussed so that we have a good idea of what the plan is

  • You’ll receive a custom planning sheet via email that we both will use to ensure we are on top of all of the details for your event 

  • We provide questionnaires to you so that we’re able to know what you’re looking for in each vendor category, and then we match 3-5 vendors to your needs and budget

  • We accompany you to vendor meetings as needed, and either meet vendors out on site or provide comprehensive video’s for the vendors needs

  • We provide a design meeting, where that process includes: a mood board, a detailed design meeting to see table mockups in person and be able to discuss all design/decor needs for the entire property

  • We handle all vendor coordination, communication, and execution leading up to the event date

  • The day prior to your event, we will meet vendors on site for initial set up, handle all vendor prep, and greet your wedding party for rehearsal on property. While a member of our team handles the rehearsal dinner preparation on site

  • On the day of, our team will be on site for 8-12 hours to handle all vendor set up, decor, and personal item set ups, coordination of all vendors and ensuring they have everything they need to execute their services. We coordinate guests as they arrive, wedding parties, and everything in between to get you down the aisle. Coordination and overseeing all details throughout the entire evening. We handle personal item break down on the evening of, pack up food items, ensure that all vendors have packed up that evening. 

  • The morning after the event, or the following Monday morning, we will meet the rental team on site to finish all breakdown of the property as if your event didn’t happen! 

  • This package includes a Lead Planner, an Associate Planner, and a team of members to handle all of the setup and breakdown as discussed. 

Investment for this package begins at $3,200 and requires a 50% deposit up front. Remainder is split into two payments between the booking date and your event date. Additional hours, assistants, rentals and decor are available for add on.
