We know you have choices for your wedding day, and we believe your time is valuable, which is why we would love for you to be able to check out our packages line by line to see if we’re a good fit your needs!

 

Our current Packages

 Pricing below is for Central Florida (South as Bradenton, North as Middleburg, East as Ormond Beach, and everything in between.

Just Coordination

This package is as simple as the name of it, we’re here just to coordinate your big day! You’ve already done all the leg work for this.

- Initial phone consultation where we build your timeline and discuss vendor rec’s
- Meeting at venue 2 weeks prior to wedding date
- Final reach out to all vendors to share timeline and ensure no discrepencies
- 1 hour of rehearsal time the day prior to
- 1 Lead Coordinator on site for up to 8 hours on wedding date

Investment begins at $725, with a deposit of $125, and the remainder due at two weeks prior to your wedding date. Additional meetings, dual locations, or additional staffing can be add on’s, along with set up/break down can be added to this package.

Wedding Management (month of Coordination)

-Initial wedding planning consultation (either in person, on the phone, or video call)
- Meeting at the venue: which we establish timeline, go over layout, floor plan and decorations. This can be done initially or anytime between booking and 4 weeks prior to your event date.
- At 4 weeks prior to your date, we reach out to all vendors, confirm timeline details, confirm floor plan, and ensure all vendors are up to speed on event day details.
- At 2 weeks prior to your date, we have a phone meeting to go over all details.
- At 1 week prior to your date, you will receive a week out email to go over last minute packing needs, and tipping etiquette for vendors.
- Rehearsal of 1 hour on the evening prior to. We are only guaranteeing availability the evening prior to your event, if rehearsal needs to be done on a different day or day time, we can let you know at 4 weeks out if it’s possible for us to attend.
- Up to 10 hours on the day of your wedding with your Lead Planner, and 4 hours with an Associate Planner. This includes arriving prior to most other vendors, checking in with bridal party throughout the day, setting up personal belongings, assisting guests, coordinating ceremony with bridal party, dj, and officiant, assisting guests during cocktail hour, coordinating the introductions into the reception space, ensuring the couple has something to drink and eat during dinner, staying with dj to ensure timeline is followed throughout the evening, and the assistant stays until the end to pack up and ensure all personal items are put into a designated vehicle.
- We check in with you the next day to ensure there are no concerns or questions.

Investment begins at $1,450 with a deposit of $400 and the remainder split between two payments prior to event date. Additional hours, meetings, assistants, or set up/break down can be added to this package.

Wedding Management Plus - Design & day of coordination

-Initial wedding planning consultation (either in person, on the phone, or video call)
- Design Process: This package includes a mood board, design meeting, venue meeting and thorough logistic meetings. This is perfect for backyard events or site from scratch events, and also for clients who are looking for more help on the design element of their big day. This typically happens between 4-8 months prior to your event date.
- This package includes $200 worth of rental inventory credit from us.
- At 4 weeks prior to your date, we reach out to all vendors, confirm timeline details, confirm floor plan, and ensure all vendors are up to speed on event day details.
- At 2 weeks prior to your date, we have a phone meeting to go over all details.
- At 1 week prior to your date, you will receive a week out email to go over last minute packing needs, and tipping etiquette for vendors.

- Meeting at the venue within 2 months of booking: which we establish timeline, go over layout and floor plan, decorations, and we get all current vendor information.
- Development of budget for remaining vendors needed.
- Vendor searching for your specific requests, budget and style. We set up meetings for you, but monitor the contracts and assist with communication as needed. This is limited to 5 quotes per vendor category. Additional quotes and sourcing can be available upon request.
- Create a detailed planning timeline that you will be able to have access to and update as needed. This is meant to keep us and you on task with the planning process.
- Design Process: This package includes a mood board, design meeting, venue meeting and thorough logistic meetings. This is perfect for backyard events or site from scratch events, and also for clients who are looking for more help on the design element of their big day. decor rentals & design

- Design Process: This package includes a mood board, design meeting, venue meeting and thorough logistic meetings. This is perfect for backyard events or site from scratch events, and also for clients who are looking for more help on the design element of their big day. This typically happens between 4-8 months prior to your event date. This investment is priced at $520.00.

venue sourcing

- We know how stressful it is to find the right venue. We take your budget, your vibes, and your dreams for your big day and we help you find the venue of your dreams. This starts with an initial consultation, a questionnaire being answered, and then we find and develop a venue tour with up to 6 venues for you to tour with us. This investment is priced at $1,000.00.

CONSULTATIONS

- We offer in-depth consultations to assist you in any phase of your planning, whether you have a package with us or not. Our consultations can be in our office or at the comfort of your favorite coffee shop, and the price is $100 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. Weekdays are mainly available, weekend availability is very limited.

officiant services

- We offer officiant services for your big day. Our services include an initial consultation, ceremony examples customized for the couple, and ceremony services on the day of up to 2.5 hours. This investment begins at $150.

stationary & custom signage

- We create custom stationary for your event day and custom signage. All of these are priced custom, but typically begin at $50.

Decoration Rentals

- Our decor rentals are all custom packages. We begin by getting inspiration photos you are interested in, and then develop mock up photos of what you’ve shown us plus 2-3 other options we think you would like based on your ideas you’ve sent. We require a $50.00 consultation fee deposit for this service, and the $50.00 will be deducted from your package if you choose to rent from us.

Set up & Break down package

- We offer set up and break down for your event, this includes all of your decorations, tables, chairs and linens. This does not include lights, draping or anything that requires a ladder. This package includes two associates for 2.5 hours of set up, and 1.5 hours of break down at the same location. Additional hours, associates, locations, and items can be added onto this package for additional pricing. This investment is priced at $ 625.00.
